Job summary
A leading hospital group in Dubai is looking for a Health Care Worker to provide essential patient care and administrative support. Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally a 6-month health care course or a diploma in nursing. The role includes supporting licensed staff, maintaining equipment, and advocating for patient rights. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Formal accredited 6-month Health care course OR Diploma in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in an inpatient hospital setting as a Health Care Worker.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical licensed staff in providing patient care.
- Maintain and supervise Central Sterile Supply items.
- Advocate for patient rights and participate in rounds.
- Provide general administrative services to ensure effective daily operations.
