• Lead the global team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring market share growth
• Cashflow responsibility (both sell-in and sell-out)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

• 200M+ USD PnL management experience
• 100+ B2B sales people management experience
• Proven experience in a senior management role - Global Head of sales or Regional Sales Director in a similar capacity within the electronics security industry.
• Strong network in the security industry
• Strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Experience working in a cross-functional matrix team environment.
