THE ROLE
Are you a talented and motivated Account Manager with a passion for healthcare communications to join our team on a seconded basis? In this role, you'll manage day-to-day account work, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic counsel on healthcare-related PR campaigns. You will lead key accounts, work on high-profile healthcare brands, and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Your deep understanding of public relations in the healthcare sector will be crucial to helping clients navigate complex challenges and reach their goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write and review proposals, develop content, and conduct research to drive informed PR strategies.
• Manage accounts, leading client and internal meetings, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
• Oversee account monitoring, reporting, and analysis to ensure campaign success.
• Handle medium to large-scale projects, managing suppliers and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide tactical counsel to clients and manage day-to-day communications with key stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing new business proposals and presentations to expand our portfolio.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of public relations with healthcare sector experience.
• Proven client-facing experience with the ability to provide tactical counsel.
• Established relationships with UAE media outlets including both English and Arabic press.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and guiding their development.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build cooperation across teams.
• Strong content development skills with experience drafting press releases, media alerts, and features.
