Experience Required: 8 – 12 Years (with extensive experience in fit out projects)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage high-end fit out projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering or architecture with a proven track record of successful project deliveries, client management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of residential projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.

• Monitor and control project progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

• Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional project teams and ensure effective site execution.

• Conduct regular project reviews and site inspections to evaluate performance and implement corrective actions as required.

• Manage procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and forecasts to stakeholders and senior management.

• Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts, or technical challenges promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual obligations and local authorities' requirements.
