Matillion is seeking a high-performing Partner Sales Manager in the UAE to drive both direct and indirect revenue growth through strategic partner relationships across the Middle East. This role combines quota‑carrying sales responsibilities with the development and management of a robust partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for selling Matillion solutions directly via partners, identifying and onboarding new channel partners, and creating joint go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate adoption and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and achieve a direct sales quota through partner‑influenced opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology, consulting, and reseller partners in the UAE region.
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
  • Develop and execute joint go‑to‑market plans with partners, including co‑selling strategies, marketing initiatives, and enablement programs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell Matillion solutions.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize partner‑driven revenue.
  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS ecosystem developments.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a quota‑carrying responsibility, preferably through partner channels.
  • Strong experience managing partner ecosystems, including recruitment, enablement, and co‑selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East market and business culture is highly desirable.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud data integration, analytics, or related technologies is a plus.
