Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, events, and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently updating CRM and reporting key metrics.
- Engage directly with C‑level executives and other decision‑makers to drive high‑value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure smooth onboarding and solution alignment.
- Represent GoGlobal at client meetings and industry events (some travel required).
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services such as global expansion, payroll, accounting & taxes, or outsourcing.
- Proficiency in building pipeline through multiple channels, including cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, outbound email cadences, and referral partners.
- Experience selling to C‑level executives and closing complex deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Organized, strategic, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote‑first global team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
