We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales have a strong ability to build relationships and thrive in a performance-driven environment. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating leads closing deals and driving revenue all while enjoying the flexibility of working on commission-based earnings.

Role Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting networking and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and later existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress (Vision)
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market conditions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven success and experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools as well as general comp skills
  • Experience in Industry-Specific Experience if applicable is preferred but not required.
