About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai with a proven track record in corporate/business travel sales, specifically selling directly to end‑user organizations rather than to travel agencies or industry intermediaries.
The ideal candidate is a relationship‑driven self‑starter who can leverage their professional connections and deep market understanding to accelerate new business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities for our outstanding solution and technology.
- Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Tumodo provides.
- Follow the full sales cycle: Prospecting, lead generation, present product demos to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and do the follow‑up until closing the deal.
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
- Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult on individualized solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Be a role model and coach more junior team members to ensure the team is scaling uniformly.
- Stay up to date with new features and product launches.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitors.
- Help define and establish best practices together with the wider team.
- Manage all outbound and inbound leads for assigned markets.
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of Tumodo and improve the lead qualification process.
- Conduct high‑level discussions with a broad variety of stakeholders, from Travel Managers to CFOs, to explain the Tumodo Value Proposition.
- Become an expert in Tumodo.
WhatYouBring
- Experience selling travel management solutions, booking platforms, or business travel services, specifically to end‑user organizations/companies.
- Must come from a TMC (Travel Management Company), travel agency, OTA or similar background with corporate sales experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Sales position (or 4 years in a Sales position), specifically in Mid‑market or Enterprise Sales.
- Excellent understanding of solution selling to corporate or business clients.
- In‑depth understanding of the UAE market and business landscape.
- Must have demonstrated success in developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives and leveraging personal networks/databases (e.g., UAE client knowledge) to develop new business.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets and successfully navigating and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (high proficiency in Arabic is preferred).
- Possess great presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of or proficiency in using CRM software such as, but not limited to, HubSpot.
