Job summary
A leading financial institution in the UAE seeks an experienced governance professional to oversee investment products and solutions. With responsibilities ranging from managing investment committees to ensuring compliance with regulations, this role demands at least 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in asset management or investment banking. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a professional qualification such as FRM or CFA. This position is full-time and requires excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years experience in governance related to investments and asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of investment product development lifecycle and regulations.
- Ability to operate independently and manage results.
Responsibilities
- Support governance aspects of Investment Products and Solutions.
- Manage various investment committees and their affairs.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
