Key Requirements:

1. 4+ years of retail experience (experience in hardware is a plus)
2. Strong sales and customer service skills
3. Confident, ambitious, and able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
4. Leadership experience or previous management background is a distinct advantage
5. A solid personality with a strong presence and patience to handle various customer situations
6. Must live within 20 kilometers of Dartfield Rd, Sandown, Sandton to ensure reliable commuting

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases to drive sales
2. Meet performance targets and contribute to the store's sales growth
3. Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team to ensure excellent service
4. Maintain store presentation and manage stock effectively
5. Build strong customer relationships and address queries professionally
6. Ensure the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience
