Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Promote and sell a comprehensive range of financial products, including risk, retirement, funeral, and investment solutions.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to identify client goals, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide personalised, compliant financial advice and build long-term client relationships.
- Deliver ongoing service, portfolio reviews, and support to grow and retain your client base.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements at all times.
- Use the company’s proprietary tech platform for seamless client onboarding, tracking, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry
- NQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous).
- RE5 Certification (advantageous).
- Completed Class of Business (preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Clear criminal record and own reliable transport.
