Leading Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a front of house Restaurant manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with strong knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a front of house Restaurant operation together with the management team. Applicants must be well spoken and must have good customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups needed. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure.
