We are seeking a reliable and versatile Restaurant Operations Manager to support the smooth running of 2 restaurants. This role involves a mix of responsibilities including overseeing customer service managing staff schedules controlling stock and ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with creating and managing staff schedules to maintain proper shift coverage.
• Monitor stock levels assist with ordering supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness inspections to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational duties as required.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of stock management and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
