• Must have strong computer literacy
• Previous working experience in a similar managerial role is essential
• Excellent communication skills with both, clients and staff
• Valid driver's licence
• Must be disciplined and results-driven
• Must be able to oversee the financial aspect of the restaurant
• Confident in sales, marketing, and promoting the brand
• Able to actively sell and market catering services and cake offerings
• Proactive in attracting new customers and building repeat business
• Comfortable representing the restaurant both in-house and externally
