Job summary

Qualifications

  • GAAP experience and knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock control, purchasing, and orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain service levels.
  • Maximise profitability and motivate staff.
  • Manage staff discipline and work rosters.
  • Drive the restaurant/take-away forward as part of a team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Introduce marketing activities and incentive programs.
  • Manage customer service relations and complaints.
  • Implement training programs for staff development.
  • Lead recruitment and performance monitoring.
