We are seeking a talented and creative Franchise Manager to join our clients renowned restaurant/QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a passion for the food industry and experience in managing QSR.

Requirements

• 3 years or greater Management leadership experience, managing multi sites in a similar industry (QSR, Restaurant or Food Retail)
• Commercial background and a proven track record of performance
• Advanced MS Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
• POS knowledge
• Driver’s License (Code 8)
• Own Vehicle

The Technical Advisor Agent provides technical advisory and support services to branches, dealers, and clients. The role involves conducting technical analysis, supporting maintenance processes, ensuring audit compliance, and assisting with the resolution of technical issues across the dealer network. Travel within South Africa and cross-border travel may be required at short notice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar technical advisory role
• Diesel Trade Test Certificate
• Technical background in the motor industry (advantageous)
• Code 14 driver’s licence
• Strong communication and customer-orientation skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work well within a team
• Confident, proactive, and able to anticipate technical issues and requirements
• Ability to read and write in English
