About the Role:
To strengthen our presence across the Eastrand region by providing technical sales support to the installer network, promoting product adoption, and acting as a key link between local market needs and the company’s technical and sales teams. You will drive measurable growth in installer engagement and product adoption while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with installers to promote products, encourage upselling, and expand the network.
Conduct site visits to support installations, provide technical troubleshooting, and resolve escalations.
Deliver engaging product training sessions and awareness campaigns.
Record all interactions, feedback, and activities in CRM systems.
Share market insights and competitor feedback to inform sales strategies.
What You’ll Need:
Matric (Senior Certificate) – Technical Diploma or N4 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering advantageous.
3+ years’ experience in technical sales or field support (access automation or electronic security preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivated with effective territory management ability.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential - petrol will be compensated.
