A leading recruitment firm is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative based in Gauteng. In this fully remote role, you will assist passengers with travel-related queries, manage airline reservations systems, and handle voice communications in both German and English. You must be flexible to work throughout varying shifts in a challenging call center environment. Qualifications

  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with travel-related queries in German and English.

Our client is an outsourced customer services partner to global B2B and B2C brands, providing multilingual omnichannel contact centre solutions, 24/7.

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Workplace: Fully Remote

Requirements

  • Located in South Africa
  • Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
  • UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
  • Fully paid product and systems training provided.
  • Willingness and ability to work on a 24/7 rotational shift basis (8.5-hour shifts, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks, with 7.5 hours of productive work per day).

Responsibilities

  • Work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
  • Assistance to passengers with pre & post-flight departure travel-related queries in the customer relations department in German & English languages
  • Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in German may include some written correspondence.
  • Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
  • Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
  • Demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
