Qualifications

• At least 2 years of training, coaching, or facilitation experience.
• Organised, self-motivated, and adaptable in a remote setup.
• Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training in German to new hires and existing employees.
• Develop, adapt and maintain training materials and resources.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor learning content.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and support.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to assess training effectiveness.
• Report on progress and make continuous improvements to the training program.

Skills

Fluent in German (C1 level or higher)

Strong presentation and instructional design skills
