Call Center Agent - Outbound
Job summary
A dynamic call center in Johannesburg is looking for outbound agents on a night shift. Successful candidates will receive full product and systems training. Responsibilities include reading from scripts, transferring leads, and exceeding quality assurance standards. Ideal candidates will have outbound experience and excellent communication skills. This position offers performance incentives and a shift allowance.

US based client is looking for dynamic outbound agents on a night shift in Sunninghill.
Successful candidates will receive full product and systems training.

Salary: Paid per productive hours
Shift allowance (Shift between 4pm and 4am only)
