The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients. This role involves managing front‑desk operations, handling communication channels, and maintaining a well‑organized reception area. The successful candidate will also support various administrative functions and assist internal teams as required.

  • Direct guests to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls and emails efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.
  • Provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
