• Compositing & Pacing – Layering, easing, and editing for maximum clarity and flow.

• Adobe After Effects (must-have)
• Illustrator / Figma for UI and asset prep
• Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing
• Cinema 4D or Blender for 3D integration
• Audition or similar for basic sound mix

• Experience with AI tools like Runway, Pika, or Sora
• Confidence blending live-action, stock, and motion into seamless hybrid visuals

• Have a reel that makes us stop scrolling
• Can turn static screens into stories that sell
• Adapt easily to different tones (quirky SaaS, polished enterprise, sleek AI)
