Coding & Robotics Teacher — Intermediate Phase
Job summary
A leading independent schooling provider is seeking a full-time Intermediate Phase Teacher for Coding and Robotics at its Durban campus. The ideal candidate must have a BEd and/or PGCE, with at least 2 years' experience in teaching and knowledge of the CAPS curriculum. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment setup. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape learners' experiences in a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an intermediate phase teacher.
- Knowledge of the CAPS curriculum is essential.
- Ability to create customized lesson plans to support the class pace.
Responsibilities
- Perform teaching duties, including planning lessons.
- Manage classroom design and set-up for optimal performance.
- Plan and manage homework per subject.
