Zusammenfassung
A technology company in Durban is seeking a temporary HR Assistant for a 3-month fixed term. The role offers essential administrative support to the HR department, focusing on recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating events. Ideal candidates will have an HR certification, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS is required, alongside excellent communication skills. Expected CTC salary to be specified in applications.
Aufgaben
- Assist with high level recruitment and orient new employees.
- Coordinate new employment recruiting and initial applicant screening.
- Maintain employment records and document HR actions.
- Audit HR reports for accuracy and provide recommendations.
- Organize employee safety, wellness and compliance programs.
- Provide general administrative support including correspondence.
