Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment per WFP rules and liaise with unit heads.
• Identify and manage ARC training portfolio and performance management.
• Advise ARC on policy implementation and organize information sessions.
• Support Organizational Design and Change Management workstreams.
• Coordinate HQ relocation and communication with staff.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
