A reputable company in the beverage sector is seeking a SHE Controller to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage environmental health initiatives. The role involves developing SHE policies, overseeing employee safety, and managing waste reduction programs. The ideal candidate will have a Btech in Environmental Health or Management, SAMTRAC certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail and system design skills are essential for success in this position.
The SHE Controller's main responsibilities will be to:
1) Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and national regulations.
2) Planning, implementing and overseeing company's employee safety at work. The main duty is to ensure that the company adheres to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to reduce work-related injuries.
