Job summary
A corporate company in Durban is seeking an HR Officer to manage various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in HR, with at least 10 years of experience in corporate HR operations. This role involves working with senior managers and requires travel. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage talent development and onboarding processes.
- Lead employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee HR strategic planning and compliance documentation.
Reporting to the MD of this corporate, the function of the HR Officer includes Talent Management and Development; onboarding and induction; employee relations, performance management, training and development, culture and engagement, compliance and documentation, payroll, health and safety, wellness, HR strategic planning and workforce insights. Work with senior department managers within this retail / manufacturing / operations corporate. Masters degree in HR, with IR, labour law and business administration.
