The HR Business Partner Role requires someone who is able to support the COO and CFO in driving HR best practices and human capital development. The HRBP will report directly to the CFO / COO and will be responsible for supporting the directors in recruitment, developing employees and focusing on developing and implementing strategies to retain top talent within the firm.
