An international supply chain logistics company is seeking a Group HR Specialist to provide HRIS/HCM expertise and support across the Group. HRExec Recruitment Specialists are seeking a Group HR Specialist to join a dynamic, international supply chain logistics company. The company’s unique culture is an excellent fit for individuals with strong values and a passion for achievement.

Core responsibilities
  • Act as group wide expert of the HRIS/HCM platform providing support to all employees across the Group.
  • Maintenance of the HRIS/HCM, data and implementation of and any developments required.
  • Provide HRIS/HCM system training and support to all employees across the Group.
  • Manage staff surveys and prepare reporting for Social & Ethics report and committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with relevant business units across the Group to prepare the Social & Environmental Report.
  • Assist with the coordination and management of all training and development initiatives across the Group, including the Performance Development Review process.
  • Champion Wellness efforts across the Group, ensuring that all regions have sufficient wellness initiatives and promoting communication, tasks and initiatives.
  • Assist the team to align the international human resource strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with local and international external services providers who support HR on relevant, compliance.
  • Assist with the B-BBEE Compliance Report.
  • Participate in the Group Health & Safety Committee including H & S staff training.
Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as HR or Business. LLB or experience with labour matters advantageous.
  • Honours Degree is an advantage but not essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Experience with HRIS / HCM system or database management and maintenance.
  • BambooHR experience (an advantage)
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI.
