Fragomen Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa – Immigration Coordinator

Fragomen invites a multilingual professional to join our Shared Services team in Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg. The role supports Fragomen’s European offices and the wider global immigration network.

• Draft immigration applications in French, Dutch, Polish, Flemish or Spanish.
• Prepare support letters, draft emails and maintain client folders.
• Upload case‑related documents and government decisions to Fragomen’s database.
• Contact authorities for case updates, file applications on behalf of clients and complete case audits.
• Rename, downsize and organise documents; take on additional projects as required.

• High language proficiency in French, Dutch, Polish, Flemish or Spanish.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication, planning and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, confident under limited supervision and able to meet deadlines.
