Role Overview
To serve as a liaison between customers and the company by identifying and contacting current and prospective clients, generating ready-mix sales solutions, and servicing customers to ensure satisfaction, quality, and consistency of service and product.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certificate with Maths (National Dip / BCom / BA Degree or studying towards would be an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Knowledge of the Construction Industry - Ready-Mix
- Good knowledge of sales and advertising techniques
- A good team player with a high level of dedication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others

Special Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's license (Code B)
- Serve as liaison between the Sales department and Customers
- Identify and contact current and new prospective clients
- Generate sales proposals and service existing accounts to ensure quality and consistency
- Generate reports for Senior Management on sales activities and other requirements
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Inform customers of delays or problems
- Monitor sales team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Organize marketing events
- Ensure a healthy IR climate
- Adhere to customer service principles
