Job summary
A large retail organisation is seeking a detailed-oriented individual for a business and process analysis role. This position involves documenting and optimizing business processes while overseeing project management tasks. Required qualifications include a degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in business and supply chain analysis. Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous. This role is based in Gauteng, South Africa.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years business analysis experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain analysis.
- Financial services or retail industry experience advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Document and evaluate existing business processes.
- Design and implement new business processes.
- Initiate and execute project establishment and initiation activities.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and document changes required in system architecture.

Education
A large retail organisation based in JHB North is currently recruiting for a detailed-orientated and self-disciplined individual who will provide a specialist business and process analysis function whilst also performing in a project manager role.
This role reports into the Business Process Architect.Responsibilities : Responsible for documenting and evaluating existing business processes, designing and implementing new business processes in support of the development of comprehensive fit-for-purpose and efficient processes to optimise business results whilst transitioning the project through the project lifecycle.Initiate and execute Project Establishment & Initiation ActivitiesGather and document business requirementsAnalyse and document the changes required in system architectureEnsure that the solution is tested and validated against the business requirementsImplement the solution and conduct a handover to operationsManage the project through its lifecycleRisk and Issue logging.
This includes quantifying the risks, Identifying an owner of that Risk and if they occur and also driving the close out of the Risks and Issues that are logged.Requirements : Degree in computer science / engineering / supply chain / informatics or similar4-6 years business analysis experienceMin 3 years experience in supply chain analysisLean Six Sigma certificate / experience advantageousFinancial services or retail industry experience advantageous
