This is a full-time, on‑site position for a Reception, Creditors & Legal Administrator, based in Centurion.
The successful candidate will handle receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting clients, and managing daily clerical tasks.
You’ll also assist with creditor accounts, legal documentation, diary management, and general administrative support to ensure smooth and professional office operations.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and discretion are essential for this role.

Fluent in both Afrikaans and English — essential.
Excellent attention to detail (grammar, case numbers, and documentation accuracy).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Stable employment history with contactable references.
Experience in creditors / accounts administration.
Familiarity with Court Online and Caselines systems.
Previous law firm experience.
Knowledge of Practice Manager Pro.
Front desk and reception management.
Managing the Managing Director's diary and appointments.
Case enrolment, management, and date applications via Court Online and Caselines (training provided).
Preparing court document packs and handling general office administration (filing, copying, scanning).
Liaison with couriers and service providers.
Preparation of legal documents (training provided).
Assisting with invoicing and creditor account administration.
Strong clerical and organisational abilities, including file management.
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
Experience in legal administration and creditors accounts is advantageous.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in MS Office and general office software.
Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment will be beneficial.
