Job summary
A recruitment agency in Johannesburg seeks a meticulous Reconciliation & Investigations Officer for its critical risk division. Responsibilities
- Verify cash bag transactions and settlement flagging.
- Import and reconcile bank statements.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Conduct device decoding and site-based investigations.
- Compile detailed investigation and incident reports.
