The Brand Ambassador and Sales Representative serve as the face of the company, representing the brand to potential and existing clients. • Brand Representation
• Act as the main representative and advocate of the company’s brand and products.
• Maintain a professional, positive image that reflects company values.
• Educate potential customers about the brand’s unique selling points and benefits.
• Ensure brand consistency across all promotional and sales channels.
• Sales and Business Development
• Identify, approach, and secure new sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals according to company policies.
• Customer Engagement
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product support.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, or promotional activities.
• Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns through active participation and customer engagement.
• Assist in creating promotional content, including photos, videos, or testimonials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive social media visibility and engagement.
• Contribute ideas for promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting and Administration
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• Submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
• Track competitor activity and market trends.
• Provide insights to improve brand positioning and customer experience.

• Diploma or Degree in Sales , Marketing , Business Management , or Public Relations (preferred).
• Matric certificate (essential).

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales , customer service , or brand promotion .
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or technology sales is advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
