Job summary

A dynamic catering service is looking for an individual in Durban who will report to the Catering Manager. This role involves efficiently executing daily capturing utilizing the Worksmart system and general admin duties including filing and typing. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in Ms Office. A Business Administration qualification and customer relations experience are advantageous. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 2 years bookkeeping experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working on WorkSmart.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately execute daily capturing utilizing the Worksmart system.
  • Perform general admin duties such as typing and filing.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes.
  • Assist with debtors and creditors tasks.
  • Be responsible for cash ups and banking.

Education And Experience Required
