SUMMARY: Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Remuneration: Market Related dependent on skill set, knowledge, and experience

Purpose Of The Job: Our client is an exciting new automotive brand establishing its head office operations and building the business from the ground up. This role is suited to an enthusiastic, committed professional who is eager to be part of a long‑term journey, contribute to shaping processes and culture, and play a key role in developing and growing the department from its early stages. The Leads Specialist is responsible for the effective management of sales leads, ensuring accurate qualification, timely distribution, and proper tracking to maximise conversion opportunities. This role is critical in supporting dealer performance, sales growth, and marketing campaign effectiveness by providing accurate insights and reporting on lead activity and outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and customer‑focused, with experience managing CRM systems and collaborating closely with both marketing and dealer teams.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Distribution
  • Qualify incoming sales leads to ensure they meet OEM criteria before distribution to the dealer network
  • Distribute leads promptly and accurately to the correct dealer or sales team
  • Monitor dealer response times and follow up to ensure timely engagement
  • Escalate unresponsive or high-priority leads to management for action
CRM Management & Data Accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system
  • Track the status of all leads, including conversion, follow‑ups, and closures
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with OEM and privacy standards
  • Assist in CRM system enhancements, updates, and process improvements
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyse lead conversion performance across dealers, campaigns, and regions
  • Prepare regular reports for Sales and Marketing management on lead response times, conversion rates, and cost per lead
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in lead handling processes
  • Provide actionable insights to improve dealer performance and marketing campaign effectiveness
Marketing Campaign Support
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by providing lead management insights
  • Ensure marketing-generated leads are tracked, distributed, and followed up in line with OEM standards
  • Collaborate with Marketing to measure the effectiveness of lead‑generation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in CRM administration, sales support, or dealer network operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Experience in the automotive industry OEM environment preferred
  • Motor Industry experience ESSENTIAL!!

  • Timely reporting and actionable insights provided to management
