Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Real Estate Agent/Team Lead located in the City of Cape Town with collaboration and remote work.

The Senior Real Estate Agent/Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the property transactions, leading a team, managing client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Various areas available across the Western Cape.

Excellent commission structure based on performance.

Top performers can earn up to 85% commission.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Real Estate Sales skills
• Customer Service and Real Property knowledge
• Experience in property management and leasing
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and build a team
• Familiarity with property laws and regulations
• Proven track record or delivering results in sales and or rentals a must.
