Fleet Controller jobs in South Africa

Job Summary:

• Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc.)
• Assign and ensure tasks are completed by drivers
• Track orders and deliveries
• Constantly monitor driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, finding ways to improve productivity
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition
• Conduct monthly inspections and arrange for services and repairs

Requirements:

• Matric
• Computer literate
• Excel (compulsory)
• At least 3 years experience in fleet management (controller)
• Own transport
• Sober habits
• Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends
