Qualifications

• Must have 5 years in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a machine and welding shop.
• Familiarity with OHS policies and ISO standards.
• CNC programming and machine setting skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Understanding of welding processes required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce time discipline and company rules.
• Ensure compliance with QSHE policies and 6S standards.
• Develop training plans based on operational needs.
• Oversee production quality and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage ordering of consumables and operational feedback.
• Conduct HIRA and monthly QSHE shares.

Your Mission

• Enforcing time and attendance discipline and adherence to company rules
• Ensuring compliance with QSHE policies and 6S standards
• Developing training plans aligned with operational needs
• Overseeing production to meet quality and manufacturing standards
• Driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) and meeting production schedules
• Managing timely ordering of consumables and daily operational feedback
• Conducting HIRA, PTOs, and monthly QSHE shares
• Performing additional duties as required by "The Way We Do Things"

Your Profile

• 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment (Machine and welding shop).
• Good understanding of OHS and ISO.
• CNC programming and setting knowledge.
• ERP experience.
• Good understanding of welding processes.
