Overview

We're seeking a strategic Marketing & Communications leader to drive group-wide brand and communication strategy across a multi-division organisation operating in 26+ countries.

In this role, you'll lead PR, digital, internal communications, events, executive profiling, crisis communications and stakeholder engagement, while guiding divisional marketing teams and aligning a complex house of brands.

Ideal candidates bring strong international exposure, experience navigating complex organisations, and the ability to influence at executive level.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field (essential)
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred)
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing & communications, including leadership across global or multi-country environments
  • Strength in PR, digital, and crisis communication
  • Exceptional stakeholder and executive engagement capability

Ability to work full-time in the office. We're looking for a global brand shaper — not a traditional marketer.
