• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts and days off, ensuring openings, closings, and weekend coverage.

• Work with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within required budgets and recruit world‑class, diverse talent that meets store needs.
• Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Support partner growth through performance and development, coaching, and building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs, and aspirations.
• Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of success in driving results and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
