Job summary

A leading design firm based in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR administration tasks. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The candidate should ideally come from the construction or renovation industry and be a self-starter. This position offers a positive working environment with a 5-day workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

Job Description :
  • End to end talent acquisition, which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals and agents, and coordinating and participating in the interviews
  • In-charge of new hires onboarding programme and resignees' offboarding process
  • End to end work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups
  • Handle staff insurance and medical issues (renewal, work injury compensation case, security bond etc)
  • Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc
  • In-charge of company-wide training, employee relation and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in Sales, Admin and Accounts in administrative task as and when required
Job Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience
  • The candidate should possess minimally a diploma / degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a must
  • Preferably someone from the constructions, renovation or equivalent industry
  • The ideal candidate should be a self-starter
