This role involves leading compensation program reviews, data analysis for HR, and liaising with finance teams for accurate accounting. This position will be part of the Group Compensation and Benefits team (6 pax) where you will support the Group’s rewards programs globally by reviewing and implementing compensation and benefit programs in accordance with Company philosophy, statutory requirements and regulations, and to ensure competitiveness.
