Responsibilities

In this role, you will,

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process

  • Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process

  • Prepare and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies

  • Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects or process improvement initiatives as directed (for example digitisation of files, records clean-up, system migration).

  • Maintain physical and digital P-files for accurate employee documentation and compliance

  • Input and update employee records in HRIS with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Manage staff pass administration including creation, issuance, and tracking of passes

In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting

  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

  • Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms

  • Knowledge in strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations

  • Strong time management and priorities management skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred
