Here is a description of the role we are opening:

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Site Director to design and deploy the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Act as HR Business Partner to managers, advising on people, organization, and capability matters
  • Represent the Singapore site in global HR initiatives, acting as advocate for local needs and as enabler of global policy implementation
Talent & Performance Development
  • Lead performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes
  • Collaborate with the global Talent team to ensure consistent implementation of frameworks while adapting to site-specific realities
  • Support leaders in building strong development plans and career paths
Organization & Change Management
  • Partner with leadership to assess and improve organizational design and effectiveness.
  • Support transformation and change management projects, ensuring employee engagement and communication.
  • Identify workforce gaps and plan capability development in coordination with global HR functions.
Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Promote a positive work environment and high employee morale through active engagement initiatives
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate standards, in accordance with Global HR guidelines
  • Partner with global HR Centers of Expertise for consistent process execution
  • Ensure accurate HR data management, reporting, and audit readiness
Qualifications
  • 9–12 years of experience in Human Resources, including solid exposure to HR business partnering in an international manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Organizational Development
  • Solid understanding of performance, talent, and employee engagement practices
  • Possess business acumen, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational excellence
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
