Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager. This role will manage the employee lifecycle, act as the main HR contact, and oversee recruitment and payroll functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR management and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking & Finance. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Applications should be submitted in MS Word format.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the whole employee’s life-cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees enquiry on HR policies, employment terms and conditions as well as company benefit.
  • Responsible in the following domains such as full recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefit, strategic development and more.
  • Responsible for the administering of payroll function which includes claims, overtime payments, bonus and monthly salary.
  • Ensure compliance of the HR policies and processes.
  • Manage end to end process for all applicants and renewal of work passes and elevate any outstanding issues.
  • Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with the best HR practices and policies.
  • Support internal and external audits, manpower report, government survey and more.
  • Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
Skills and Experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resource management, business management or related disciplines.
  • Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Prior experience in Banking & finance is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadline.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.
