A leading construction and engineering firm in Singapore seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will implement HR strategies, ensure legal compliance, and oversee payroll management. This role involves maintaining effective employee documentation and resolving workplace issues, requiring strong skills in talent acquisition and HR policies.
Recruiting hiring, training, performance appraisal, and retention of staff.
Managing salaries, bonuses, health programs, and ensuring fair pay.
Building positive relationships, handling grievances, and enforcing policies.
Shaping culture, improving structures, and implementing HR strategies.
Ensuring legal adherence and managing HR records and payroll.
Aligning HR plans with company objectives, forecasting workforce needs, and managing organizational structure.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.
Maintaining Payroll & Final settlement processing
Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Checking new WP/SPASS, Buy Security Bond, Insurance, Apply Onboard for Worker Arrival, SG arrival, applying medical and mom appointment for Thump print / Card registration.
Preparing & Maintaining Staffs & workers Attendance.
Addressing and resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
Preparing progress monitoring report on a monthly basis.
Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.
Maintain an effective filing system of employee files and documents.
Update documentation and HR policies.
