Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience and a diploma in HR Management or a related field. This permanent position offers a salary of up to $6,500 plus bonuses, with a Monday to Friday working schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling HR duties, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations.
- Experience in recruitment and managing onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and performance management.
- Partner with management to identify manpower needs.
- Review and manage payroll and employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and ISO standards.

Our esteemed client in the Electrical Engineering industry is seeking an HR Manager to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: HR Manager
- Location: North (Direct buses from Woodlands MRT station)
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,500 + Bonus
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.
- Partner with management to identify manpower needs and execute effective talent acquisition strategies for technical, engineering, and site roles.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions and compliance with MOM and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and local labor regulations.
- Support line managers in handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement plans.
- Plan and coordinate training programs to enhance employee competency, safety awareness, and leadership development.
- Review and manage payroll, leave administration, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and ISO management systems.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate personnel records, and contribute to HR audits.
- Lead HR improvement projects to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in handling full spectrum of HR duties, preferably in the construction, engineering, or M&E industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
