Job summary

Vous serez responsable de fournir un soutien RH aux dirigeants et aux managers, de définir les besoins en recrutement et de préparer le budget annuel des RH. Le candidat idéal aura un Master en ressources humaines et 5 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des réglementations RH dans la région.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de Master en gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Expérience d'au moins 5 à 8 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Connaissances des réglementations RH régionales, y compris Singapour, Malaisie, Thaïlande et Indonésie.

Responsibilities

  • Assurer la mise en œuvre des normes RH du groupe.
  • Gérer l'équipe RH locale (2 coordinateurs et 1 responsable RH).
