Job summary
A human resources advisory company in Singapore is seeking an HR Management Specialist to handle record keeping, compliance, and recruitment support. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and 1–2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of local employment regulations is essential. This position offers a salary ranging from $2,400 to $2,800.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in construction.
- Basic knowledge of CPF contribution and employment regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Handle HR management functions including record keeping and compliance.
- Manage company insurance matters for building and vehicle policies.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive.

Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,800
- Handle HR management functions including record keeping, compliance, recruitment support, work pass application/renewal/cancellation, onboarding and orientation, payroll and benefits administration, HR documentation, training coordination, and HR systems management.
- Manage company insurance matters including renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.
- Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Executive.
- GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in HR Management or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or related industries.
- Basic knowledge of MOM applications, CPF contribution, and employment regulations in Singapore.
