Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation and issuance of offer letters and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements during employee life-cycle.
  • Conduct pre-employment and reference checks.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Generate HR reports for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Respond to HR-related queries and provide support.
